The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has issued a legal decision that impacts how brokerages represent buyers, and we're committed to complying with these changes. Starting on August 17, 2024, we will implement a transparent flat fee of 2% for our buyer clients, and all buyers will be required to sign a Buyer's Brokerage Agreement. However, if the seller offers a co-broker commission, you won’t be charged this fee. 

You also have the option to represent yourself with an attorney, though keep in mind that attorneys may not always be involved throughout the entire process. At Nexus, we offer a clear flat rate, avoiding any unexpected costs that can arise from complex transactions.
